We're looking for waitstaff with wine knowledge who would love to work and build their skills elbow-to-elbow with Chef Patrick Garland. Chef Patrick has been the mastermind behind the flavourful, rich, market-driven flavours at Absinthe Café since 2006. He won the prestigious Gold Medal Plates competition in Ottawa in 2014, and at the other end of the spectrum, is a two-time winner of the Parkdale Food Centre's "Fork Off!" competition. His signature dishes, ranging from steak frites to stuffed quail to delicate Parisienne desserts, are always tasty, accessible and leave his guests feeling full and happy. Waitstaff positions are available as full or part-time. Experience an asset. Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
