	Is there a fee to book a private function at Absinthe? There is no fee, providing the minimum expenditure is met. This minimum is before taxes and gratuity. Dinner Sunday, Monday $3,000 Tuesday, Wednesday $3,500 Thursday $4,500 Friday, Saturday $6,500 All prices are exclusive of taxes and gratuity Lunch Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday $1,800 Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday $2,500 All prices are exclusive of taxes and gratuity Because we are closed on all public holidays any function date that falls on a public holiday will be subject to a $6,500 minimum. All prices are exclusive of taxes and gratuity How many guests can I invite? As long as the minimum expenditure is met your group can be from 2 to 75 people.
